Businesses that become members of It’s Tuscany may benefit from incentives promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development. Part of the 2017 “Legge di Stabilità”, these tax incentives support companies that make investments in technological and digital transformations in their production processes.
Companies that qualify for the “Industria 4.0” project may claim depreciation overvalued at 140% for investments made in online innovation. The norm further includes parameters that permit some companies to take advantage of even greater depreciation overvalued at 250%.
Access is automatic during the budget drafting process and is applicable to investments made by a 30 June 2018.
